6. Dispute resolution (EU ODR)
EU consumers can submit a dispute via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution before a recognised consumer arbitration board if invited.

Site hosted on Vercel (EU region, Frankfurt). Database and authentication on Supabase (EU region). Email delivery via Resend (EU region). Payment processing via Polar.sh.
8. Liability for content
Per Slovenian electronic commerce law and EU DSA, we are not generally obliged to monitor the user-generated content on pages, but we act expeditiously to remove illegal content once we have actual knowledge of it (notice-and-takedown via support@shootyrshot.gudweb.si or the page footer Report link).
