Terms of Service

shootyrshot lets you create a personalized single-page web site (a romantic "ask" / proposal) at a private link, share that link, and receive the recipient's answer (date, time, food) in your dashboard or by email. Pages auto-expire 30 days after publishing, or 90 days if you bought the extended add-on. After expiry there is a 60-day archive window where you can renew the page; after that it's permanently deleted.

You must be at least 16 years old (GDPR digital-consent age in the EU). You must provide a valid email and accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate any account, take down any page, void any referral commission, and refuse refunds where there's evidence of breach. We may also report illegal activity to authorities.

Every recipient page has a "Report" link in the footer. We review reports within 48 hours during business days. You can also email support@shootyrshot.gudweb.si. Under the EU Digital Services Act we may share your information with authorities upon valid legal request.

You own the text, links and images you add to your page. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You confirm you have all necessary rights to anything you upload — copyrighted music, third-party photos, etc., are your responsibility.

If you believe content on shootyrshot infringes your copyright, email support@shootyrshot.gudweb.si with: the work, the URL, your contact info, a statement of good-faith belief, and a signed declaration. We respond within 7 business days.

See our /refunds policy. In short: digital content delivered immediately. When you tick the "I want it delivered immediately" box at checkout, you waive the 14-day EU right of withdrawal per Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16m. We still issue goodwill refunds for clear product failures (see /refunds).

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that emails are always delivered, or any particular romantic outcome (we cannot make anyone say yes 😅). Recipient analytics is a heuristic, not a forensic record.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for fraud or willful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, including any harassment or copyright claim by a recipient or rights-holder.

You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time. Deletion removes your sites and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or financial reasons. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, fraud, or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your EU country of residence apply where stricter. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Disputes that aren't resolved out of court fall under the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
